Fred's history with building relationships is rooted in his childhood. He spent summers watching and helping his father operate an upholstery business. He would accompany him to hotels, restaurants and convention centers to meet owners and agents for those establishments. From those experiences, he became aware that he enjoyed networking, meeting new people and providing exceptional services. After working with his father, Fred began a careen in residential and commercial finance, owning and operating his own mortgage company, becoming a realtor and in development for a regional store fabricator. Having been a business owner himself, Fred has a unique perspective into the issues facing small businesses. He has worked with property developers, general contractors, architects, designers and builders to facilitate many regional projects, including the KFC YUM! Center, A Loft Hotels, Masonic Homes, the Hilton garden Inn, Catch 23 and Church Downs.
